Our gasifiers are suitable for use with single-stage high-grade B&C carbon. Another feature is that the gas is generated at a high temperature, so no tar condensation occurs. The high hot gas efficiency is over 80%. Edanbrook is probably the only company worldwide to engineer and supply all carburettors. Edanbrook will provide a complete solution once the customer informs the application and raw material. Edanbrook will identify a suitable carburettor for the customer and design, supply, install, and commission the carburettor (complete turnkey solution).

These systems basically convert woody biomass /agricultural wastes like rice-husk, coconut waste etc. Into a combustible gas which can be used in a number of ways:

• Fed into diesel engines (C.I. Engines) to save 65 to 75% of the regular diesel consumption.
• Burnt like a conventional gaseous fuel through appropriate burners in case of thermal applications.
• Fed into gasoline engines (S.I. Engines) to replace 100% gasoline.

Since LPG/gasoline is commonly used to maintain product quality, this gas is suitable for all thermal applications such as power generation, food, and chemical industries. Our extra clean carburettor system is ideal for LPG/Gasoline replacement.

Carburettors are available for engines and all applications with LPG, diesel, or other gasoline.

Zero drainage - No drainage. All water is recycled, and only make-up water is added.

Air Emissions - Emissions are cleaner than CNG engines and only come from inflators that meet all regulatory requirements.

No solid waste - The unburned material (charcoal) from the gasifier can be marketed and the tar can be separated from the water and marketed.

Noise pollution - All equipment used in the factory is designed not to cause noise pollution.

Biomass does not contain sulphur, so zero sulphur producer gas is a sulphur-free gas. Extra clean gas Our systems use ESP, coolers, fine filters and bag filters, so the gas is extra clean and suitable for gas engines for power generation and thermal applications where excess clean gas is required.
