Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out and generate new business prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet monthly/quarterly targets to increase business profitability.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales cycle, from data mining/lead generation to deal closure and account management, ensuring repeat business.
  • Business Development and Account Management: Oversee the full sales process, including negotiations and managing corporate client accounts.
  • Lead Generation and Sales Process: Generate leads and guide them through the sales cycle.
  • Lead to Closing: Take the lead in closing sales opportunities effectively.
  • Individual Contribution: Work independently to achieve personal and organizational sales goals.
  • Familiarity with RFQ/RFP/RFI: Understand the processes involved in RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, as well as the bidding process.
  • Adaptability to US Shifts: Willing to work in U.S. shifts to align with client needs.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years in Business Development/B2B Sales, ideally in the North American market (U.S. and Canada), particularly in the Steel Detailing industry.
  • Sales Cycle Expertise: Thorough knowledge of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure and account management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Sales and Business Development Expertise: Deep understanding of business development and sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Familiarity with RFQ/RFP/RFI and Bidding: In-depth knowledge of RFQ/RFP/RFI processes and the ability to manage bidding activities.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work during U.S. time zones.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Due to continued company growth, we seek an energetic, hard-working individual with lead generation/appointment setter for our team.
  • As an integral part of the team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Keep track register for RFI or TQ
  • Working to call targets and making cold calls
  • Following up on business-to-business leads and making new business calls.
  • Researching new companies to call using in-house CRM and other methods with ongoing support and training.

Qualification and Skills:

  • You must enjoy cold calling.
  • Excellent communication skills with an Australian accent
  • Minimum 5-7 yrs. of Experience in Lead Generation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience in Structural and Misc. Steel model checking as against contract drawings
  • Create 3d model in Tekla
  • Keep track register for RFI or TQ
  • Final package preparation
  • Thorough checking of fabrication, assembly, single parts and erection drawings.
  • Generate and prepare Request for Information (RFI)
  • Manage the downstream team for each project, ensuring all documentation requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Assume responsibility for each project assigned, working with team members
  • Ensure the drawings submitted to clients are accurate and per client specifications and requirements; guiding team members to achieve the desired results
  • Communicate with international clients about details or issues of projects
  • Keeping track of model comment sheets & drawing prints.
  • Help team with estimation and scheduling.
  • Trying and reducing recurrence of mistakes, errors, thereby resulting in better quality of service and on time delivery.
  • Ensure timesheet for the team is accurately filled, submitted and approved.

Qualification and Skills:

  • BE/ B. Tech/ Diploma in either Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 5-6 years of Experience in Structural Steel Detailing using 3D modelling program.
  • TEKLA Structures experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in Misc. Steel is an added advantage.
  • Must have knowledge of AISC & CISC
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience in Checking GA & Assembly drawings as against contract drawings.
  • Checking Single part drawings, Shop Drawings, GA Drawings, Erection Designs with related Reports and NC Files.
  • Preparation of RFI, Drawings logs and keeping up to date.
  • Ensure that the sheets are legible.
  • Ability to identify/ finalize the RFIs along with Modelers.
  • Be able to guide Modelers and Editors to achieve the desired results.
  • Responsible for completing the projects within the target date with good service quality.
  • Handling commercial and industrial Jobs.
  • Keeping track of Hold items and updating timely manner.
  • Ensure to mark clouds in sheets wherever needed after discussion with team leader/Sr. Modeler.
  • Should be responsible for the project along with senior people.
  • Practicing all QA/QC Procedures.
  • Co-ordination with Internal staffs (Modeler/Editor) and prepare if any RFIs or queries.

Qualification and Skills:

  • BE/ B. Tech/ Diploma in either Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of Experience in Structural Steel Detailing using 3D modelling program.
  • TEKLA Structures experience is mandatory.
