Improving Our Safety

Improving our safety culture is no longer just about our people, it is additionally about a commitment from our leaders to act as safety stewards.

Our Management team uses visible leadership to unite the tone and path of 'what is important'. Leaders' visible actions and demonstrated behaviour reverberate an awful lot louder and longer than words.

In the closing two employee surveys, our employees have recognized our commitment to safety, with ninety-three per cent agreeing with the statement, "Edanbrook is committed to the safety of our people" Inspiring our employees to grow to be greater committed and proactive concerning HSE continues to be a predominant focus for Edanbrook.
